These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "you") and mh5555 (the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at mh5555.cam. In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
Registration and participation on the mh5555 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the Operator's licensing jurisdiction, at the time of registration. By creating an Account, you warrant that you meet the applicable age requirement. The Operator reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.

Users are solely responsible for determining whether their participation in online betting and casino services is lawful in their jurisdiction. Each User is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. Registering duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, the Operator reserves the right to merge, close or void any such accounts and to forfeit any balances or bonuses held therein.
Employees, contractors, directors, consultants and associates of mh5555 — including their immediate family members — are prohibited from opening or operating an Account on the Platform unless express written approval has been obtained from the Operator.
When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. The Operator accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by a User.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity undertaken through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify the Operator immediately at [email protected].
mh5555 displays account balances and bet slips in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default. The Operator does not guarantee that this display currency corresponds to the settlement currency of your chosen payment method. Users are responsible for understanding any conversion applicable to their selected payment option.
The Operator is required to verify the identity and age of all Users prior to processing withdrawal requests, and may request verification at any time during the account lifecycle. Standard KYC documentation may include a valid government-issued CNIC or passport, proof of residential address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within 90 days), and a selfie or liveness check.
All KYC documents must be submitted through the Operator's official secure HTTPS verification portal. Documents must be clear, unaltered, unexpired and show all four corners of the relevant identification. The Operator strictly prohibits the alteration, obscuring or falsification of any document. Submission of fraudulent documentation will result in immediate permanent Account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
The Operator will endeavour to complete KYC verification in a timely manner. During the verification period, withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended. The Operator accepts no liability for delays in withdrawal processing arising from a User's failure to provide required documentation promptly and accurately.
Deposits may be made using payment methods available in the Platform cashier at the time of transaction. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements and compliance with these Terms. The Operator accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives offered by mh5555 are subject to individual promotion terms, which will be published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and these general Terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that specific offer.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements will specify eligible games or bet types, minimum odds conditions and time limits within which requirements must be met.
The Operator reserves the right to void bonus funds and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate an Account, where it reasonably determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, registering multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting errors in bonus configurations.
Any bonus amounts, cashback percentages or VIP reward figures referenced in marketing materials or on platform pages — including those expressed in PKR — are illustrative examples unless confirmed in currently published promotion terms. Always verify the specific terms of any active offer before participating.
A bet or wager is not accepted until confirmed by the Platform and a confirmation reference is generated. The Operator reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including where market errors, technical malfunctions or manifest odds errors are identified. Users are advised to verify the details of each bet slip before confirming their wager.
Odds are displayed in decimal format by default and may be subject to change prior to bet acceptance. The Operator reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close markets at any time without notice. In-play (live) betting odds are subject to rapid change and bets are only accepted at the odds prevailing at the precise moment of acceptance.
Bets are settled in accordance with the Operator's published sport-specific and game-specific settlement rules. Results are based on official sources wherever available. In the absence of official confirmation, the Operator reserves the right to delay settlement and, where necessary, to void affected bets.
Any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet must be raised with the Operator within 30 days of the relevant event result. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from the Operator. Unauthorised use of Platform content may result in Account termination and legal action.
The collection, use and storage of personal data by mh5555 is governed by the Platform's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy carefully before registering.
The Privacy Policy covers, among other matters, what personal data is collected during registration and KYC, how that data is processed and stored, your rights over your data, and how to contact the Operator regarding data-related queries. Betting and gambling activities involve financial risk and the possibility of financial loss. The Operator accepts no liability for technical failures, errors or interruptions in third-party content. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special or incidental losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise.
The Operator reserves the right to suspend or restrict a User's Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to investigate a potential breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, a dispute regarding account activity, or compliance with a legal or regulatory obligation.
Users may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting the Operator at [email protected]. Account closure will be processed subject to the satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements and completion of any pending withdrawal requests. The Operator may take up to 14 business days to process an account closure request.
Upon Account termination, any real-money balance remaining after the resolution of outstanding matters will be returned to the User via their verified payment method, subject to KYC clearance. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its applicable gaming licence. This does not affect any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
Pakistani users are reminded that local gambling laws — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may apply to their participation. This clause does not constitute legal advice, and users are responsible for understanding the laws applicable to them.
